Yes, but....

You can do it on an iPaq with VideoLAN (www.videolan.org), BUT you
have to replace your copy of WindowsCE / PocketWindows with "friendly
linux", which is a version of Linux for the iPaq.

This may be a step too far :-( and you'd need to check your camera
support within friendly linux quite carefully....
