[ukha_d] Speaker patch panel

Anyone know if there are any pre-made speaker patch panels available?

Currently looking at making my own with a 2U blanking plate, and a load
of 4mm binding posts. (best buy a pillar drill to drill the holes!)

However I thought I'd check around to see if could save myself the
effort if what I want is already available.

I've checked the usual suspects (CPC, Maplin, Letsautomate, Laser,
etc...) but not yet turned up exactly what I want...
