The one I've got came from Maplins, but typically they don't do it any
more...
It's like this http://tinyurl.com/3vas2 but is
aluminium around the top and sides, you can see the bottom of the drive
from underneath once it's installed.

with two fans - just pushes hot air around - been there, done that...

I'd be interested in learning what aluminium cooler you're using for your
drives - mine (x2) too sit at around 42 under normal use but rise to 45-46
during something like a virus scan or backup. Still within the
manufacturers max but quite hot. A red
uction to 30 is pretty impressive - have you an URL for this product??
