I get shocks too, but I don't have any boosters.  The aerial in my house
goes roof > tivo > TVlink+ (which I still have not got working) >
TV upstairs & TV downstairs.

I have found boosters cause the shocks - too much amplification perhaps.
Certainly I used to get shocks all the time in my old house. Different
ground levels perhaps.
