Oh you mean did I negotiate a discount? Nah - couldn't be arsed - Sony
centre were =A31,799, Cheapest I've found it at online was =A31,670 and to

able to walk out of the shop with it (and have someone to shout at if it
breaks) is worth =A3130 in my opinion. :-)

Mind you - I was a bit worried when I suddenly thought "I'm walking
back
through Basingstokes back streets with a (nearly) =A32k laptop in a big bag
that says "Sony Centre" on it (might as well say "Mug me now

money than sense today") and I've left my car with a =A312.5k CRT
