Asterisk question

Hi

Well my IP2005 phones from Solwise have arrived, and are sort of
working. All is ok except when I dial them or they dial elsewhere there
is exactly a 10 seconds delay before audio is enabled between the
devices. The audio seems to be muted in both directions for the first 10
seconds exactly. After that everything works as it should. I have tried
changing the codec's and just about every setting but I can not get rid
of the 10 seconds of mute. Does anyone have any idea on this one as I do
not know were to start to look. The phones are flashed with the latest
SIP firmware. The dialling is instant and it does not matter if you pick
up straight away or leave it ringing a few seconds it is still 10
seconds of no audio from the time you pick up the call. Very strange.
