Telappliant rates certainly used to be on their site (don't have time
to hunt them down right now). They're fine AFAICR. Quite decent
customer service for a tinpot outfit too. That's where my main
concern lies with these VoIP providers - who's to say that my 0870
number won't just disappear overnight if they go tits up, without any
recourse. That could be hugely inconvenient, embarrassing from a
business perspective and is ultimately what stops me moving away from
POTS today.
