Well it's one of the advantages of working for a telco - you get access to
all sorts of stuf 'normal' people don't - but there are downsides too :D ..
you could achieve a similar result by using a VoIP to PSTN service. This
would still tie up your pstn line but essentially you'd answer the pstn
line and then dial out over VoiP (using that voip -> pstn service) to
your mobile.

It gets better if you use ISDN since you can use call deflection to not tie
up one of your isdn lines (you pay for the extra leg not the caller)
