And that's the problem.  Has xAP got a graphics person on board yet?

Not as much of a nightmare as it is for the user ;)

Imagine if Xbox Media Centre (which has a development "team"
also) was
released over multiple sites, where the user had to grab the MP3 playing
bit
from one place, and the Video from another and the picture viewing bit from
a 3rd etc.  You get the picture.

I understand the problems you mention though, these are just my suggestions
on how you could encourage more users, and hopefully you took my review as
very positive!
