"quite good" :-)

Yup, it works.  A couple of unfinished items, but fundementally, it
does what I set out to do - produce a scene set dimmer that works as
well as a lutron or other high end jobbie.

Since I'm never going to commerically produce the thing, I've
uploaded the source code, schematics, PCBs, the lot.

Farnell part number 280252, about 22 quid, or 94.87 of your
Australian dollars, or $112 of my Kiwi dollars, which is about 38
quid.  WTF is that all about?  Do Farnell have their own exchange
rate mechanism or what....!

To be fair, you can roll your own triac assemblies (and watch them
self-destruct when a bulb blows), or copy one of the many designs on
the net, but the SSR is just so neat and easy.
