Hi All,

I convinced SWMBO that we need a Kiosk PC for the kitchen and Mr Nye
has sold his last one. Does anyone else have a surplus unit?

Regards
Ian

processor fan. I do however use one of the AcoustiFans from QuietPC
just to help draw any heat out from the general environment - even
with the fan it is virtually silent. The fan in simply screwed up to
the back of the case using the existing vent holes - it sits directly
over the top of the cpu. I stuck the temperature probe for the fan
into the heat sink. I have a 7200 HDD ( the quiet ones - Seagate) and
the inverter in the box. With the fan disabled the outer case gets a
little warm but nothing to worry about. I stuck my hand in and felt
the HDD, it was a comfortable temperature (this was after about 7
hours use) With the fan running the outer casing remains at room
temperature. The CPU heatsink remains at a comfortable temperature.

MP3Car forum - there were some pictures of a shiny black box on
there - perhaps someone posted a link to it?
