It is indeed a good price.  I've been keeping an eye on www.shspvr.com and
www.gbpvr.com to see if anything comes of their efforts to replace
Hauppauge's software.  The MediaMVP is a miniature Linux box, so there are
some people trying to give it native menuing, rather than relying on the
server app.

Now things are starting to work around the house, I'm thinking that web
browsing would be useful too - if I get nano-itx PCs to do that, then they
can also play back audio and video themselves - no need for a specialised
device.
