That's got me thinking!  I was about to embark on an 8 channel PIC based
dimmer, but for £36 I might as well buy the Artistic License chip and have
16 channels instead!

BTW, what do you use to generate the DMX commands?  Is there another one
chip solution or did you roll your own?
