As one of our local DJs is prone to commenting
"It's like a joke, just not funny"
I fell for it. I spend some time searching round ICANN rules and regs
seeing what could be done. I mailed a couple of the domain registrars
asking what information was available about the registrations.
Hell, I even asked a lawyer customer for his opinion.
Does that make me stupid and gullible, or community spirited? One
thing's for sure - I won't do it again. ever.
Better hope there's never a real situation that needs people to rally
round, huh? Because trust me - that's when it will be truly hilarious.
