Yes, but fighting such a case is not cheap or fast to do with many taking
years to reach a resolution so it's really only if you have the reserves of
cash and the stomach for a long protracted battle.
TBH, it's not worth it if you ask me over one domain name that can easily
be
gotten around anyway.
