Hi there all,
First post, and glad to be on board..
We have installed two of these (MP101) and they are really quite
nice.
loads of mp3's on main server
the netgear software allows you to scan for any mp3's in the folder
you specify
>From the main server room we have a linksys wireless hub with the
mp101 located in the main media room which is in turn linked to the
main amp (aux).
initailly it scans for any available networks and this is usually
about 2-3 minutes but is then stored within the mp101
you can then browse all the available mp3's via track, genre, artist
etc
press play and voila'
would advise doing the firmware update as soon as possible as this
seem to address a few teething problems we had initially
on the whole - a nice piece of kit
