[OT] 1U server motherboard

I've just acquired a nice 1U server case with PSU etc but am having
trouble finding a motherboard to fit. It looks like a standard ATX
space but the cutouts on the back are configured as follows: -

[keybd] [usb] [ parallel ] [sound?]
[mouse] [usb] [ser]  [vga] [or lan]

(hope that comes out correct). Does anyone have for sale or now
where I can get a suitable motherboard?
