Just a word of warning ..

I have heard that the USB Hauppauge boxes (is this the same as the win tv?=
=20
USB) are not meant to be very good due to the restrictions of the USB=20
connection.

Best check it out before you make the plunge.

Might be wrong though .. but check it out before you purchase.
