Graham has just got confirmation from the Hotel that we will have access to
one of the demo rooms after 6:00pm this Friday (14th).

We will have access to EITHER the Endeavour or Pioneer suite.

Our "advanced party" will start to arrive from lunch time onwards
on the
Friday to get the organization underway, and in particular the work on the
Internet access.
