You can smell it from there ? Wow !!

Uh huh - flood wiring a house means limited time ! Totally rewiring for
CAT5 (inc cbus), alarm, and all new T&E takes time.

But yes, just after something off the shelf that takes a voltage in (12 or
240 - not sure if matters) and can be plugged into the relay into comfort
(and therefore back to cbus)
