Doesn't look like Maxim offer them as samples any more, perhaps that's
because they're out of stock, but they do still offer the DS9490R, which is
the USB version of the same ...
I got mine from Farnell as part of the 1wire evaluation kit, cost me about
50 notes, but it didn't just come with the adaptor, it had all sorts with
it ...
