Insert, Object, Create from file, pick the file, then select display as
icon.
I think that answers the question....

I'm sure I read somewhere how to do this not that long ago, but of course I
can't find it now...
Does anybody know how to embed an application onto a PPT slide, so that
when
the slide loads, it loads the application as well (it's an .EXE file) and
positions its window on the slide....
