Relatively few modems support BT caller ID - somewhat more support Cable
caller ID (which uses the Nortel standard - a lot more common globally.)

There are xAP drivers for the Crucible Meteor (linux and Windows) and the
Pace (Windows only)...

... which coupled with the xAP driver for Asterisk make a great solution.
There is something very surreal about phoning up Patrick and having his
text-to-speach say "Hello, Mark, I can't answer the phone right
now"...

MAYBE a demo at UKHA2004... but that's dependant on being able simulate
CLI - the hotel phone extensions don't pass it.
