Good (free) network sniffer

I have been looking around for a while to find a nice, simple,
cheap, software probe for network diagnostics.
I have now found it and it's great for seeing exactly what your
network is doing by hosts and protocols. Also the Lite version -
which I have been happily using for a few weeks - is FREE :-)
