UKHA 2004 - Important

  • Subject: UKHA 2004 - Important

With time running out before UKHA 2004, there are some important
items still to be sorted out.

1. The following people have not provided an e-mail address as per
the instructions on the web site. If your name is on this list the
send your address to me as soon as possible.

Onkar Randev,
Geoff Chapman,
John Benfield,
Nigel Giddings,
Mark Brinkley

2. I am now beginning to suspect that the 40 seats booked at Fatty
Arbuckles for the Saturday night are not going to be enough.
Therefore, please e-mail me if you are definitely want to come along
to Fatty's, remembering that you must pay for your own food and
drink.

3. An attendee pack will be posted to the file area of this group
shortly, it is in MS Word format, but I will try to put up a pdf
version soon. The pack will also be available from www.ukha2004.com
in the next couple of days. Please do download this information if
you are attending the event, it will NOT be sent out to attendees
directly.

4. The early booking period is now over, you can still send cheques
or pay with cheques or cash on the door.

5. All those who have pre-booked will be sent a unique ID number in
the next couple of days. Please bring this number with you on the
day as confirmation that you have paid. If you forget to bring the
number then some other form of identification will be required
before admittance. Badges will not be sent out in advance, but can
be collected upon arrival.

If you have any questions about the event, then please contact Mark
McCall or me.
