Hi Jeff

I don't have the Tivo remote but I generally find with remotes and
other goods, which I ALWAYS take apart, that there is a securing screw
under a label.

The best way to find out it too run your finger nail over the label
quite hard backwards and forwards and you'll see an indentation of a
circle. Push your screw driver through this circle to find the screw.

Another favourite hidding place is underneath any stuck on feet/ pads.
