Run Sysprep /pnp before you do the swap for the best chance of getting
these devices detected...

But be prepared to call Microsoft to get the installation reactivated
sometime in the next 30 days.  Actually, be prepared for that anyway.

I've done that a few times on Xp Pro - found all the components OK. Main
problems seem to be if changing to an ACPI PC from the older power
management or if changing from single to multi processor or vice versa.
