Assuming this is actually "424 km2" :-)

=sqrt(424) 		(ans = 20.6 km per side, area = length x width, length = width
for a square)

=sqrt( (4 * 424) / ( pi() )		(ans = 20.3 km diameter, area = pi x Diameter
squared / 4)
