Yep - what are you specifically thinking of.

There are no regulations with regard to lighting, except to special
locations which is part 6 of the BS7671 refering to bathrooms etc.

Under current regulations, is it possible to have ALL lighting either low
voltage halogen and/or 240v halogen?
