RE: Web Hosting Providers - was Rapidhoster Pop3 config
Why not use the Database feature of YahooGroups? Create a
"Offers" database, and then segregate the information from there.
Just a thought...

I raised this a long time ago when the automatedhome website was being
updated with links to automated stuff, but nobody replied to my message,
presumably coz nobody likes me ;)
I suggested links on the automated home site (with a disclaimer that they
were not affiliated/recommended etc, just "there"), but they
ain't really
automated related so perhaps not the most appropriate place.
If ppl want, I can set up a page on my hosting site....nah, only kidding -
I can set up a page on freeranger.co.uk with links to things ppl are
offering the group.....
Would need some means to control it to ensure only ppl in the group (plus
friends, familieis, cats, dogs etc) could benefit and not just any old
joe.
I guess simplistically, this could be by not linking to the page directly
>from
requesting the benefit of the offer is a "legitimate" user.
thoughts peeps?
