Yeah, duly considered and implemented. It's the key reason for using the
newer RJ45s with integrated magnetics - these guys actually provide
*much* higher isolation than the separate PHY/MAC solutions that were
used on older Ethernet boards..

The 10Mb NE2000s all used separate isolation blocks - all of the current
PCI designs that I have seen use integrated blocks.

So, don't worry, no Kilovolt surprises on my board design ;)
