RE: (OT) Help with NukePHP...

Its in the config.php file.

The how 2 seems to miss a step I have to do a grant all command in mysql
to give the user nuke on authentication with password nuke to all nuke.*

I can't remember the command off the top of my head but it reads like
that

Hope this helps I will look for my install notes

James,

I cannot find where NukePHP gets the instruction to use
servername.local, I have looked, I can't see username@xxxxxxx
or even just servername.local specified in the config file. If I had
found it I was going to change to localhost as this is working with
PHPMyAdmin.

I believe I have granted rights in MySQL but this is very new to me and
text based interfaces are not my strong point. Again this is why
changing to username@localhost is preferable as I know this works with
the database...

Thanks

Nigel

It's possible that servername.local won't resolve for you. You could
try
changing it to localhost.

I assume you've granted access rights for the NukePHP user on the
database
it is trying to use?

James
