RE: OT Web Site Assistance

Malcolm,

Don't know about FP and its extensions needed, but if you have access to a
cgi bin, you can use form mail. An example is at
http://rmhh.co.uk.contact.html on
my web site. If that's what you want, I
can email you off list with my script, which you can edit to suit.

Sad to say but after all these years of using the internet I only got
around
to knocking up my first web site at the weekend (for a friend).

With the exception of one item everything works well and my client (!) is
happy with the look and presence. The one item I cannot get working is a
page that collects some info and is supposed to e-mail that to him. It all
seems to work except the e-mails aren't arriving. I built it with
FrontPage
and I know this facility requires the FP Server Extensions but I also know
the host has these and that they work on some of the other pages...

I'm not sure how it can go wrong as FP just uses the form properties to
specify an e-mail address to send the contents. Anyone any suggestions?

TIA

Malcolm
