As you'll own both ends of the link, you can use multiple links, and
aggregate them.  Either off-the-shelf wireless gear (11g probably your best
bet), or RONJA (http://ronja.twibright.com/).  the
latter will take you some
time, but will be stupidly cheap.  The former will only cost £50 per
channel, plus an old P200 for aggregating the links at each end).  You
could
(theoretically) get 150Mbit with 3 11g links.
