I've got a similar problem with a BT original type ADSL box, which I
think has the same screws as the NTE5 for fixing the removable front
part. I repositioned the box and the screws fell down the back of an
immovable filing cabinet (doh!).

The screws that fix the whole NTE5 to the pattress are standard
mains socket screws. These are 3.5mm and are available from all good
DIY stores and electrical wholesalers.

The screws that fix the lower, removable, front panel are smaller -
3mm, I think. I've tried lots of places so far without success -
Screwfix, Maplin, two electrical wholesalers, my local independant
electronics store (a sort of Maplin-type corner shop)and my local
model shop.

So if anybody knows where to source them from I'd also be
interested...
