I've got 38 LD11's running all kinds of lighting including 240V
halogens, 12V Halogens and tungsten - not had a problem with anything
(although 2 LD11's did fail over the last year - wouldn't dim/bright or
switch off). Come to think about it - they were both connected to the
240V halogens - coincidence???

I have two LD11's running with a couple of softstart type
transformers (120w and 200w) bought from Screwfix - can't easily tell
the make as they're in the ceiling void.  They seem to work ok but as
I only fitted them at the weekend there perhaps it's too early to
tell.  :-)
