another rapid host query

Dear all,

I may be jumping the gun again  .. but I signed up for rapidhosting ..

Paid and everything .. got a confirmation email ...

But I have not had an email nor can I find on the website the relevant
address's for email, ftp etc etc for my account or where I can setup
email forwarding etc ...

Have I missed out on something? Or do I just continue waiting ?
