RE: CCTV monitors?

Lo Matt

Keep you eye on the maplin special offer page

I bought a couple of these for 15 each a few months ago.

I have one sat next to my computer monitoring the cctv watching the
front door. Slight problem with mine though, the screen rolls for a few
minutes at switch on, its ok after it has warmed up.

I also have an old video recorder in node zero that I use for modulating
another cctv camera onto a spare frequency for distribution to tv's
arround the house.=20=20=20
I also found a very small stand alone modulator at a local electronics
type sale that I use for yet another cctv camera, it was only a couple
of quid (look out for an amateur radio rally near you, lots of
interesting stuff to be found there)

Subject: [ukha_d] CCTV monitors?

Hi!

I know this has probably been mentioned before but I couldn't find=20
anything on search...

Maplin do a 5" B&W tv for =A329.99 inc VAT VW58N

BUT

Woolworths do the same set (only UHF input though - needs a=20
modulator) for =A310

Would this be a cheaper solution? Obviously a multiple modulator=20
would be needed but i'm sure it wouldn't be THAT much of a problem=20
would it?

HTH,

Matt
