Loftbox or Labgear MRX390 + MRX120

Hi All,
I hope someone can offer advice. I am going to install an 8 way
distribution amplifier for Digital terestrial TV and a single CCTV
camera. I have a TIVO in the main room and currently only have one
Digital set top box. I expect to have a set top box or digital TV in
each room.

I would like to be able to watch and control the Tivo from another
room. Initially it would be nice to watch and control the main room
set top box in other rooms as well.

Both the Labgear MRX390 and loftbox look like they can do this but I
know one person with a loftbox using SKY who thinks it is not that
great. The Labgear box and the Handy remote look very good but cost a
bit more than the loftbox.

Any advice/expierience would be appreciated.
