RE: [OT] Outlook Rules...

In the _second step_ "Step 1: Select action(s)" have you got
"Stop
processing more rules" ticked as well as "Move it to the
specified folder"?

Subject: [ukha_d] [OT] Outlook Rules...

Hmm, general question to see if anyone has an idea...

I have a rule setup that takes any mail that mentions "rap1d
hoster" in any
of it's various capitalisations in the subject or body and drops it
straight
into my "Junk E-mail" folder. Much further down the rules list is
one to
handle UKHA_D traffic, and moves them to the ukha_d folder...

Annoyingly, however, it leaves a copy of the offending messages in the main
ukha folder as well as the one deposited into the trash :(

Now, if I add a rule that just deletes them straight off, there's no
problem.

Any ideas? This is outlook 2003, which other than this little niggle seems
brilliant!

Ian.
