Easiest thing is to wait the 24-48 hours for DNS to propagate.

If you're mega impatient, you can use:-

http://server/~username

eg my Rapidhoster account is on the skybax server and my username is
doogie, so

http://skybax.rapidhoster.co.uk/~doogie
takes you to the same place as
www.doogiebrodie.com

(which is the default page so kind of a bad example)

Pretty sure your original email tells you whether you're on skybax,
canyon-city etc
