Reminds me of when I was making some changes to a development version of a
production website (with different URLs and FTP passwords)

I decided to delete and entire dev site, and re-upload from my local copy.
What I didnt anticipate was forgetting I'd been swapping over the FTP
accounts, so ended up deleting the entire production site off the net :-/

And there was the time a rogue SQL query wiped out an entire database of
users and their purchases....

Oh the joys of online commerce!
