You can share the folder where the PST is located, and get each version of
outlook to point at that.  You will only be able to access emails from one
machine at a time, though.  I don't know what kind of hellishness would be
unleashed if two copies of outlook tried to modify the PST at the same
time,
though!

An alternative is to install an IMAP server.  I use Mercury32 and it works
fine for me.  It stores all incoming mail on the server, which can then be
read by Outlook on any machine.  It's the same as having MS Exchange
Server,
without the expense!
