ADSL + Redcare

Since the end of Jan Radcare ( alarm monitoring ) have announced that ADSL
will now run on the same line as their redcare service.

http://www.redcare.co.uk/security/products/adsl.htm

I have also phoned them to confirm this. They say even the older
installations will now work.

I am trying to find an ISP which will install ADSL for me and not having
any
luck. Eclipse took my order and got BT provisioning to test the line.
They
say that BT say it will not work ! ( because of redcare ). So it's chicken
and egg.

It may also be todo with my alarm I suppose - did the alarm company set up
the redcare right all those years ago ?

Any suggestions ? I'm really getting the run-around from BT etc
