Yeah i did mean VOIP .. but I also wanted video as well ..
Well I found one ..
It is called Camfrog
It is free so has fairly limited functions ..
But I Can honestly say that it has the best video quality and speed I=20
have seen .. the audio is excellent as well ..
Unfortunately as I am not paying for the pro version so the video=20
stream is a bit small and I can only talk to one person at a time 1 to=20
1.
but it serves my purpose .. this wins hands down over msn where the=20
video was very jerky to say the least.
