Hmmm I doubt it.. IIS is more likely to be found in the NT4 option pack - a
separate CD to the actual NT4 disc itself.  If you don't have the disc,
then
the individual installation files can be downloaded from MS here
http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/NT4OptPk/default
.asp

Sorry, they don't appear to have a zip file or a package! (I couldn't even
find it on the NT pages, needed to search for it!)

It's been a while, but pretty sure IIS 4.0 should be on your NT4 discs -
go to add remove programs/ windows components and select it from there
then put in the CD :)
