monitor scratches

Picked up a La Cie 22" electronblue monitor from the skip outside my
work yesterday.

Works fine ... apart from a scratch at the top in the middle of the
screen :-(

and a crack on the front plastic.

the people chucking it just threw it in face first into the metal skip
:-(

But anyway .. have it on my desk at work .. and is working fine the
picture is crystal clear.

I just want to know .. is there anything you can get to no fix .. but
at least make the scratch on the screen less visible? some cream?

Like T-cut on a car?
