RE: [OT] Ipaq Acitve sync problem

Very common one this, but luckily easy to fix.

1. Unplug the USB cradle
2. Uninstall active sync
3. Goto device manager and remove the USB device (it will have a yellow
! on it)
4. Install active sync BEFORE plugging in the cradle. (make sure it's
the latest version - 3.7.1 at the mo)
5. Plug in cradle and seat iPaq when requested.
6. Job done.

I've had this loads of times with users either plugging in the cradle
before installing active sync and it not installing properly, or using
an old version of active sync that had bugs in it (3.5 I think.
