Hi all, as noted, this is OT so I've already asked Mark for permission.
A few of us on IRC have just been discussing the IEE and BCS and we
started to wonder how many people on this list has heard of them of are
members, as we know there are a lot of IT pros out there.
Anyway, I've just created 2 polls on my website and would appreciate it
