I presume I would then do a restore onto my drive?

Stuart,

I believe what you need is an image of a tivo drive which you can put on
your drive. I can't remember where I've seen one available but think it
was
on the underground forum. Someone will chime in I'm sure...

Good luck
Pedro

I've just tried to add a turbonet card to our TiVO but when I place
it back into the tivo from the PC nothing happens, blank TV green
light hdd spinning.

I ran tivoflash

then nic_Install (Which on exit said permission denied for the
update)

The pc also accidentally booted up into windows2000 which I now read
is why I was unable to perform a backup (My drive was ntfs not fat).

What options do I have open to me? is there a recovery method here I
can go down?

Tivo is original drive Quantum Fireball, Tivo is uk Thompson Gray box

Many many thanks in advance, Stuart.
